The Issues of the Right of Action in Substance

Abstract

The issue that litigious right in substance is the essential of civil procedural act in system of civil law. It is the consequence that emphasizes the differences between civil procedure law and other procedure laws. Nowadays, the theories of civil procedure law always emphasizes the importance of common nature of procedure laws only, but not the special feature of every procedure law.
