Abstract
The cause that we must scheme Chinese new modernity lies in the following aspects: not-overstep of modernization phase,drawback of modernity and post-modernity.The reform on the basis of subjectiveobjective and subjective-subjective reason is the root of the Construction of Chinese new modernity.The double-aspect environment of Chinese modernization is the basis of the Construction of Chinese new modernity.
