Pharmaconetics and relative bioavailability of isosorbide mononitrate tablet in healthy volunteers

To compare the pharmacokinetics and bioavailability between two kinds of isosorbide mononitrate tablets in healthy volunteers.Plasma isosorbide mononitrate concentrations of 8Chinese healthy young volunteers after a selfalternative single oral dose(20mg) of isosorbide mononitrate tablet were detected by GC- ECD.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated with 3p87 program by computer the pharmacokinetic parameters of the two kinds of tablets were as follows:Ka were(2.4± 0.8)h－ 1and (2.1± 0.3)h－ 1;t1/2β were(7.0± 0.7)h and (7.2± 0.6)h;Cmax were(199.8± 49.3)ng.ml－ 1and(196.6± 35.1)ng.ml－ 1;Tmax were(1.0± 0.1)h and (1.0± 0.1)h;AUC Were (1643.8± 295.6)ng.h.ml－ 1and(1666.7± 264.3)ng.h.ml－ 1.The relative bioavailabilities of isosorbide mononitrate tablet compared with compared tablet were(101.9± 7.6)％ .It showed that the two formulations were bioequivalent.
