Abstract

The effect of different cell types on electrolytic corrosion was studied from macroscopic and microcosmic features and cell voltage, then with optimized cells, electrolytic corrosion of 5Cu/(NiFe2O4-10NiO) cermet inert anode in Na3AlF6-K3AlF6-AlF3-Al2O3 electrolyte was studied. The results show that corrosion occurs to a certain extent to the anode and a little electrolyte penetrates into the cermet.
