On the contrary , the new regime of the Liao dynasty was energetic, it made use of all kinds of policies through conciliation to provide arena that the Han nationality scholars could put their political ambitions to good use and strove for cooperation with the Han nationality scholars actively . Finally , the Han nationality scholars cooperated with the Qidan nationality and became an important part of the Liao regime.
