Laboratory research of ulinnastatin used in acute necrotic pancreatitis

Abstract

Objective To explore the treatment of ulinastatin in acute necrotic pancreatitis.Methods Totally 60 healthy Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:group A,sham operation;group B,acute necrotic pancreatitis with no treatment;group C,acute necrotic pancreatitis treated with ulinastation.The changes of AMY,TNF-α and pathohistology in the postcava blood drew in different time were compared among 3 groups.Results AMY,TNF-αand pathohistology in group C were significantly different from those in group A and B.Conclusion Ulinnastation could markedly improve the prognosis of acute necrotic pancreatitis.
