Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect observation of wound healing through abdominal small incision surgical operation. Methods: Retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 60 patients treated with abdominal small incision surgical operation in our hospital from February 2007 to October 2010, and abdominal the patients as the observation group, while in our hospital over the same period traditional hysterectomy surgical treatment of 60 patients as control group. Two groups of patients were treated with the proper care and regular dressing abdominal small incisions, two groups were discharged heart, liver, kidney disease, without hypoproteinemia. Results: Incision pain degree and wound healing situation of the two groups were significantly different (P 0.01). Conclusion: The abdominal incision in gynecological surgery incision microwave therapy can reduce pain, promote wound healing.
