Abstract
Taking spatial econometrics—an advanced econometric methods as analytical method, the study has analyzed the relationship of financial agglomeration and industrial structure in Guangdong province. Firstly, the study has demonstrated that the industrial structure and financial agglomeration in Guangdong province has a spatial correlation with the index of Moran'I. Then the paper depicted the relationship of industrial structure and financial agglomeration with a graph of Moran'I. Finally, the paper empirically analyzed the spillover effects of financial agglomeration on industrial structure with SAR model.
