Abstract
The six elements,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn in three kinds of chrysanthemum tea, such as white chrysanthemum tea, wild chrysanthemum tea and huangshan chrysanthemum tea, were extracted based on traditional analytical flow chart program and separated into water-soluble state and suspension state by micro porous filtering film. The primary speciation of trace elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The results show that the extractive rates of the elements were in the range of 12.4%—80.4%.The ratio of water-soluble state in aqueous solution of chrysanthemum tea was in the range of 74.3%—96.5%.
