Abstract

The cost-benefit analysis is a theoretical approach to analyze environmental planning project costs and the efficiency of quantitative,qualitative analysis.This article analysis environmental planning projects of Ligezhuang in Qingdao City as an example,projecting the cost-benefit and the feasibility of the environmental planning project of a typical small-urban.
