Clinical analysis of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for angina combined with diabetes

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for angi-na combined with diabetes. Methods 140 cases of angina patients with diabetes were assigned into treatment group and control group,with 70 cases in each group,both the two groups were treated by basic treatment for diabetes and in-tervention treatment,while the treatment group also treated by self-planed decoction of traditional Chinese medicine.Results The effective rate of treatment group and control group was 90.0% and 67.1% respectively with significant dif-ference(P0.05).After treatment,the LVEF,E and A value of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group with significant difference(P0.05).The follow-up for 6 months found no cases of death,and the incidence rates of complications such as recurrent myocardial infarction and angina in treatment group were significantly lower than that of control group(P0.05). Conclusion For angina combined with diabetes,the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment has remarkable therapeutic effect,which can improve index of cardiogram,and is worth clinical promotion and application.
