Abstract

With updating of data sources, the materialized views in data warehouse must be maintained in time. But how to freshen the materialized views effectively is a very complex and difficult task, and it is one of the key issues in the date warehouse. Concernes much on this problem, and make a detailed analysis and comparison on materialized view maintenance algorithm, gives a systemic conclusion about the current research state and indicate the future research domain.
