Abstract

At present,the greatest obstacle in Wuling Mountain region was inadequate economic cooperation among different administrative regions and difficult to form the regional economic integration.Therefore,the regional reconstruction was the best route choice for the breakthrough of the economic development dilemma in Wuling mountain area.
