Abstract
Taken the hot-forming punch of a glass part as an example,the main defects of hot- forming punch is explained,including punch crack and punch wound.In term of different types physical and chemical analysis and sample inspection are proceeded to explore their causes.Its solution is put forward to increase product quality and die longevity.
