To Improve Poverty Alleviation Through Strategy Shift and Policy Adjustment

China has achieved great progress in the work of poverty alleviation through the strategy of area exploitation since 1985. However,this strategy has some limitations.In the new historic period,to benefit the poverty stricken people more directly and eliminate poverty more quickly, we must lose notime to shift our attention from area exploitation to the affected people themselves in addition to variety of measures to improve the work.
