Abstract
To study the method of hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry in determining the content of Total arsenic in food.Adopt AFS-230a hydrochloric acid as medium to contrast with standard substances.Detection limit was 1.27μg/L, liner range was 0~100μg/L, recovery rate was 83%~96%.[Conclusion]This method is simple, fast with high sensitivity, precision and accuracy. It has wide liner range and low detection limit with no toxicity. It can be widely applied.
