Abstract

The transformation mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens was one of the most widespread transgenic method for plant, with which the exogenous DNA was transferred to plant by processing and transferring the DNA of expression vector. The molecular basis of Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation for plant was reviewed in the paper.
