Constructing the harmonious culture is an important content and an important way.constructing socialism harmonious society.The harmonious culture melts the thought idea,the ideal belief,the social prevailing custom,the behavior standards,and the value orientation in one body.It is an understanding and the appraisal of the harmonious society.The harmonious cultural reconstruction provide the formidable spiritual strut for constructs the harmonious society,also is a driving force to promote person's full scale development.
