Abstract

Fruit quality of nine Newhall navel orange samples(6 mutants and 3 CK)were mensurated. The results showed that fruit quality indexes(edible rate, soluble solids content,tss-acid ratio, content of Vc,juice yield etc.) of 6 mutants all showed better advantages than Newhall navel oranges, and fruit quality of mutants between parent and filial generation had good stability.
