Abstract
The changes of some physiological indexes under drought stress in Techangxiangla dajintiao、 Xinxiang Ⅳ、XinxuanjintiaoⅡ planted in Chongqing and Sichuan were studied. The results indicated that the relative water content decreased and proline content sharply increased under the condition of drought stress. The content of MDA in seedling stage increased after decreasing a little under the condition of drought stress. The high drought-resistant cultivar kept relative higher water content and proline content, and lower MDA content. However, the lower resistant cultivar was opposite.XinxuanjintiaoⅡ had a better drought tolerance than Xinxiang Ⅳ,Techangxiangladajintiao had the lowest drought tolerance.
