Abstract
This paper researches a method for realizing the online automatic test on lathe's dynamic stiffness by using virtual instrument technology,deduces the principles of the lathe dynamic stiffness measurement system,expounds the hardware components of the lathe dynamic stiffness measurement system based on virtual instrument technology and the concrete method implementing the system by using Lab VIEW software development platform,and points out that the stiffness curve drawn with the lathe dynamic stiffness measurement system can intuitively show lathe's stiffness state,and also can obtain the stiffness values of all parts of the lathe system,lathe tailstock and lathe head.
