Abstract

By using of historical seismic data, the time and space distribution characteristics of earthquakes, the stress field characteristics, the active pattern prior to earthquakes above magnitude 7 and the relation of strong earthquakes with active tectonics in the peripheral area of the Aerdousi are analyzed in this paper.Applying the grey prediction theory, the events date in next 5 years is predicted.
