Abstract

Financial innovation is the breach of financial deepening.As an approach of control,financial regulation can not only promote but also restrain the financial innovation.The game interplay of the financial innovation and regulation promotes the development of financial industry simultaneously.This paper analyzes the features of financial innovation in China,and presents some policy proposals.
