Abstract
Recently private enterprises of Hebei Province have developed quickly as an important force of promoting the economic development of Hebei Province.But compared with developed provinces,there are still large gaps.The paper analyzes the situation,the features and problems that the private enterprises have encountered in Hebei Province.It puts forward the measures of improvement.
