Brief Analysis of the Construction of Public Ethics in Social Transformation

With the development of market economy and the expansion of people′s living space,public morality has become a popular topic aboutcitizen society.This article analyzes the main puzzles exi-sting in the field of ethics in the new period-the main reasons for the loss of public ethics such as the lack of traditional public ethics,the particularity of public morality as public goods,etc.,and proposes that the construction of public ethics system should be perfected,public morality education be streng-thened,awareness of public morality be increased etc.in order to stabilize social systems.
