The Literature Review of the Effects of China's Foreign Trade on Employment

International trade promotes China's economic growth,and plays an important role in solving the employment problem.This paper reviews recent literature on the effects of China's foreign trade on employment.Econometric analysis method was used in the paper in order to acquire the quantitative relationship between the two variables,quantity of international trade and quantity of employment.The conclusions of the literature support classical international trade theory.The further research on the problem is considered to pay more attention to the transmission mechanism of the effects of China's foreign trade on employment and the policy evaluation.
