Abstract

Road traffic accidents threaten each traffic participant,but the relevant departments rarely mention road factors in analysis and statistics of the causes of traffic accidents.Through Effects analysis in this paper,to generate the given high priority of the relevant departments on road factors in the analysis of the causes of traffic accidents and the study of governance measures.
