Abstract
The multitude - followed mentality makes serious influence on college students with both positive and negative expressions. The causes of the multitude - followed mentality are not only of exterior reasons but also of individual factors. The consequences of the multitude - followed mentality has two aspects both advantageous and harmful.In the article , the author brings forward the individual views on how to carry forward the advantages and oppress the disadvantages in higher education.
