The Issue and Improvement Strategy of Primary and Secondary School Principal Training

In the current principal training exist two problems,which should be solved by the reformation of current ways of training. If training needs to be effective and be of good quality,we must gradually establish a scientific training management and use a reasonable training evaluation as a guide.The model of a combination of training management and training evaluation shoud be used in principal training. And the model of principal training includes the development and implementation of the training project,futher strengthening of the training assessment, and normalizing principal training systematically.
