Abstract
The internal connecting link among species evolution, biodiversity and fish breeding was discussed on the point of genetics. The species extinction's affect to biodiversity and the fish breeding's contribution to biodiversity was analyzed on the point of fishery sustainainable development. The development of fish breeding technology was summarized briefly on choosing breeding, crossing breeding, ploidy breeding, spaceflight breeding, cell engineering breeding and gene engineering breeding. The fish germplasm detection, the variety screening technology and the developmental prospect of fish breeding was also probed into at last.
