A Study on the Competitiveness of Seed Enterprises in Anhui Province Based on Factor Analysis

By reference to relevant data and research literature,we take regionally representative and typical seed enterprises in and out of Anhui Province as examples,and make a comparative analysis on the factors influencing the competitiveness of seed enterprises in and out of Anhui Province. The result suggests that business management works as the main factor that influences the competitiveness of seed enterprises in Anhui Province,and the factor of market operation and development potential followed by.Compared with the leading enterprises outside the province,seed enterprises in Anhui Province are more competitive in profitability and development potential,while less competitive in other aspects. In view of the problem,this paper indicates that,in order to improve competitiveness of seed enterprises in Anhui Province,boost the development of seed industry,and guarantee national food security,a series of measures should be undertaken by seed enterprises in Anhui Province,such as enhancing the level of business management,developing more sources of finance and strengthening the ability of scientific research and innovation.
