Abstract
The restructuring of resource-based economy is one of the major problems of research on industrial economics.The author analyzes two major problems of the research on the restructuring of resource-based economy,and points out that the restructuring of resource-based economy,from the angle of industry,mainly contains industrial upgrading,industrial transformation,and the combine of the two.
