Abstract
The quantitative analysis of 40% thiram · carbendazim wettable powder by reverse phase HPLC using methanol and 0.5%ammonia liquor(50:50) as mobile phase,YWG C18 column and variable ultraviolet detector was described. The results showed that the standard deviations for thiram and carbendazim were 0.28 and 0.06,the coefficients of variation were 0.790% and 1.157%,the average recoveries were 99.56% and 99.94%,the liner correlations were 0.9997 and 0.9999 respectively.
