Abstract

The content of serum ferritin is on a rise in chronic virus hepatitis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. The expression of tissue ferritin in chronic virus hepatitis is unclear, and shows high level in cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.Content changes of these two ferritins have a close relationship with the evolution of the above diseases and combining detections with other index are helpful to diagnosis and prognosis of the clinical liver diseases.
