Abstract
Russia is a nation which has been seeking for national development from its historical reflection.Russian government reformed the civic education positively after social turbulence,which made the citizenship education in Russia with brilliant characteristics as follows: focusing on the nationalism of the civic education,systematizing the content of civic education,networking the system of civic education,modernization of the curriculum of civic education.All these above can provide some reference for the civic education in China.
