Abstract
In order to meet the high demand for Jatropha curcas,a regeneration system about tissue culture seedings of J.curcas was established, the leaves and petioles of J.curcas were took as the explants, surface sterilization of explants through the treatment of different disinfectants types and different disinfection time and the induced effect of IBA,NAA,6-BA to callus formation were studied. The results showed that the sterilization effect of NaClO was better than that of HgCl2,the explants treated in 2% NaClO solution for 20 minutes performed the best. Moreover, compared to IBA,NAA was easier to induce callus formation, and the lower concentration auxin was more suitable for inducing callus. The study illustrated that the best medium of callus formation of J.curcas was MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+ 6-BA 1.0 mg/L.
