Post project evaluation study on distribution network construction

This paper adopts analytic hierarchy process and Delphi Method to establish the post project evaluation index system for distribution network and evaluates the distribution network construction objectively,comprehensively and reasonably.The paper also studies on the formulation principle of evaluation index,formulation method and scoring method of post evaluation.Taking the distribution project below 10 kV of a power supply bureau in southern grid as examples,the project is evaluated and scored with the help of evaluation index system,which reflects the project effect scientifically,fairly and objectively.
