Abstract

Objective:To study the value of selective coronary angiography in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:The data of 90 patients who received selective coronary angiography were analyzed. Results:The positive rate of angiography in patients with myocardial infarction was 100%,in angina pectoris was 79.2% and in atypical angina was 37.5%.The positive rate of myocardial infarction group and typical angina pectoris group increased than that of atypical angina group(P0.01),but difference between myocardial infarction group and typical angina pectoris group was no significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The value of coronary angiography not only was gold standard for diagnostic, but also had important function to typing for CHD.
