Abstract

Soil samples were collected from long-term experiment station to evaluate the effects of long-term fertilization on the distribution of soil particulate organic matter as well as on its carbon and nitrogen contents. The results showed that in the plots with the application of organic manure as well as organic manure combined with chemical fertilizer, there were the increases in FPOM and OPOM concentrations with a significant rise observed in OPOM concentration, also C and N concentrations. In FPOM and OPOM they had the same trend. In the plots with application of high amount of organic manure as well as organic manure combined with chemical fertilizer, there was a significant decrease in C/N in both OPOM and FPOM.While in the plots with chemical fertilizer there was no obvious influences on OPOM and FPOM concentrations as well as their C and N concentrations.
