Abstract
Ten acaricides which are widely used on mite control in Chinahave been brifly introduced. In spite of its resistance probolem and having beencontinuously used for yeards, Dicfol will still be used in the next few years as amajor acaricide. The production of Chlordimeform as an acaricide/insecticidewill be stopped at the end of 1992. Amitraz, Torque, Azocyclotin NC-129 (Py-ridaben) and Clofentezine are and will be widely used against spider-mites. He-xythiazox and Propagite, have been widely used for spider-mites control on topfruit and cotton.
