Abstract
Public nomination and Direct Election in the party organization at grass—roots level is one of the latest outcome of developing inner -party democracy by CCP.A trial was made of public nomination and direct election in Shanghai tenth people hospital committee in the election of its party branch,which motivate the party members and the masses to take an active part in the construction of inner -party democracy.We summarized our experience in the election of party branch of hospitals by public nomination and direct election and made an analysis of it with related materials,aiming at providing theoretical basis and experience for further democracy construction and leader election innovation in CCP of hospitals under the new situation.
