My Viewpoint on Constructing Yunnan Province as A Vanguard of China's Eco-civilized Cities

The construction of eco-civilized and moral cultural system is one of the four systems which will place Yunnan province as a vanguard of China's eco-civilized cities in 2020.Using a basis of actual investigation,it's key to come up with a strategy to solve ecological issues in Yunnan province from the perspective of methodologies used throughout the world,and to construct eco-civilized and moral cultural systems based on the current local situation in Yunnan province,so as to promote the quality of the moral and cultural systems of an ecological civilization.
