Abstract
Objective It observes the changes of reticular fiber in hepatic fibrosis rats caused by CCl4.Methods The animal mode of hepatic fibrosis was made with CCl4 injection into rats.Results The result shows that the animal mode of hepatic fibrosis has a lot of black reticular fiber and form pscudolobule.Conclusions The sufferer group has not reticular fiber in the third week.Reticular fiber has been seen but not a lot in the sixth week.It-s obvious that reticular fiber increased and cut apart hepatic lobule in the ninth week.A lot of reticular fiber has been seen and formed pscudolobule in the twelfth week.
