Abstract
The influences of photoinitiators, crosslinking diluent monomers and amine accelerator on photosensitive properties both acrylate and quanternary ammonium salt groups containing phenolic resin were studied. The results show that within the five photoinitiators ITX is the most effective in initiation. Among the crosslinking diluent monomers the larger the number of double bond groups in the monomer or the smaller the molecular weight of the monomer, the higher is the reactively. Diethylene glocol type monomers are more compatible with epoxy phenolic resin containing acryloyl groups and quaternary ammonium groups than the trimethylolpropane type monomers. Amine accelerator can enhance the photoinitiator efficiency.
