Abstract
Objective To study efficacy of the improved anticoagulant rodenticide against anticoagulant resistant Rattus flavipectus . Methods No choice test in lab and interval tectmique in fields. Results The poison baits of improved anticoagulant rodenticide were fed in lab for 4 day,in which the death rate were 81.00% and 85.00%. In two fields of R.flavipectus resistance to anticoagulant, one density was 0.33% after using improved anticoagulant rodenticide and another was 16.14% after using unimproved anticoagulant rodenticide. In seven field where resistance of R.flavipectus to anticoagulant was unknown, density were 0 1.37%. Conclusion The improved anticoagulant rodenticide were effective on anticagulant resistance R.flavipectus.
