Abstract
The ill posedness of solving the first kind of Fredholm integral equations is investigated. Applying suitable regularizing filters, a modified Tikhonov regularization method is established, and the asymptotic convergence rate of the regularized solution is obtained by choosing regularization parameters appropriately.
