The Construction of Safety Management System of Private Flight Under the Background of General Aviation

General aviation is an important part of civil aviation in China.At present,the safety management legal system of private flight is mainly composed of The Civil Aviation Law of the People's Republic of China,Interim Provisions of the State Council on General Aviation Management,Regulations of General Aviation Flight Administration,General Flight Rules of the People's Republic of China,Provisions on Non-commercial General Aviation Registration Management,General Rules of Operation and Flight,Regulations of Civil Aircraft Pilot,and Flight Instructor and Ground Instructor Certification.According to the goal of civil aviation development and the state of general aviation development,we should improve the relevant legal system,formulate relevant security policies,and improve the security supervision and information system,and prevention and contingency measures.Besides,we also should strengthen the initial regulation and continuing supervision of general aviation.
