Abstract

Capillary electrochromatography(CEC) was considered to be a hybrid technique that combines the feature of both HPLC and Capillary electrophoresis.In this article, the separation mode and application of this technique in enantiomer separation were reviewed ,and the choices of experimental condition were discussed.
