Abstract
The problem of people's livelihood is not an evasive theme in constructing harmonious society.The process to resolve the problem of people's livelihood decides directly the construction deepness of harmonious society.However,there are many instable factors hide in current people's livelihood in our country,and impact the construction of harmonious society to a great extent.Exploring the countermeasures to resolve the problem of people's livelihood is the most pressing matter,as well as the route to construct harmonious society.
