The Construction of University Cultural Spirit and the Implementation of Education

As cultural organizations with unique functions,universities construct the connotations of university cultural spirit based on science,humanities and individual spirit,which highlight the essence of university cultural spirit.This paper examines university cultural spirit,which is a social norm and ideology recognized by the public.It indicates that educating people is the essence of universities.Furthermore,it suggests that cultural inheritance,integration and innovation are the three important ways to implement university cultural spirit.
